Founded by a talented music teacher who trained as a hand-pulled noodle chef from Lanzhou, China, this restaurant is an ode to the harmonious fusion of music and cuisine. With a nod to the renowned composer Frederick Chopin, the concept captures the essence of artistry. From Chopin to Lanzhou — The Rhythm Behind Every Bowl
I was born in Lanzhou, a city along China’s ancient Silk Road.
Every morning, the streets fill with the scent of beef broth and the rhythm of pulled noodles slapping the counter.
In my hometown, noodles are not just food — they’re a tradition, an art, and a way of life.
Years later, I came to the U.S. and became a piano teacher.
Chopin became my daily routine. I taught students how to feel rhythm, how to play with emotion. But deep down, I missed another kind of rhythm — the one from home.
So I started Chopin Noodle House.
A place where two rhythms meet:
The precision of classical music, and the soul of hand-pulled noodles.
We serve authentic Lanzhou beef noodles, made fresh by hand every single day —Clear broth, white radish, red chili oil, green cilantro, and Golden hand-pulled noodles.
